Intel Intel Contract Employee Administrative Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona
Come Join Intel and the Fab/Sort Manufacturing team as an Administrative assistant. This is a Contract position for 36 months.
Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are non-technical in nature. U. S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
You’ll be supporting department managers, working with different groups and departments, manager calendars.
Working with different groups
Planning events for the department
Managing office supplies
Office space management
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multitask
Ability to work with different types of groups
Schedule flexibility and manage competing priorities on daily bases.
Must have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Administration, marketing or related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience.
12 Months experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
12 Months experience managing calendars and event planning.
6 Months experience using sharepoints.
