Job Description

Come Join Intel and the Fab/Sort Manufacturing team as an Administrative assistant. This is a Contract position for 36 months.

Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are non-technical in nature. U. S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:

  • You’ll be supporting department managers, working with different groups and departments, manager calendars.

  • Working with different groups

  • Planning events for the department

  • Managing office supplies

  • Office space management

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Administration, marketing or related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • 12 Months experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • 12 Months experience managing calendars and event planning.

  • 6 Months experience using sharepoints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Technical/Manufacturing company or similar background
