Intel Materials Coordinator Temporary Position in Phoenix, Arizona
This position serves as the primary customer liaison between Intel's module repair labs and their corporate wide customer base, including worldwide factories, internal buyers and commodity managers. The role supports lab daily business transaction requirements such as processing customer requests, overseeing log-in of incoming/outgoing modules into custom shop floor software plus shipment of completed modules, coordinating module work flow, purchasing required materials, expediting late orders as required, coordinating machine down support as required, and maintaining/updating data in the custom web application. Some assistance may be required in on-time delivery trends, quality Fail-on-Install trends, bill of material level management and inventory staging optimization. Other key responsibilities include understanding and executing to Intel's Best Way to Pay practices for all purchasing. This is a growing, high volume repair organization that has labs in both the US and Asia. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.
AS technical degree and 2+ years of experience supporting a Purchasing, Finance or Logistics related organization.
Strong PC skills i.e. MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Some data analysis experience and previous experience managing corporate purchasing card business transactions.
