Intel Performance Measurement and Analysis Intern in Phoenix, Arizona
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
This internship would involve measuring and analyzing networking performance on a given architecture. As a Performance Measurement and Analysis Intern, you will study the impact of various optimizations on system performance. You need to identify appropriate benchmarks and measurement tools design and conduct the experiments analyze the results and provide recommendations.
*This is a 6 months internship
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through your educational level research and/or relevant job/internship experiences.

You must be actively enrolled and currently pursuing an undergraduate degree Bachelor of Science in a technical or engineering field.
3 months experience in :
Embedded hardware and software
C programming with inline assembly.
Scripting OS: Linux, specifically experience configuring and recompiling kernels in addition to day to day usage of the OS.
Networking Applications: Specifically a sound understanding of the layers of the networking stack, Packet routing/forwarding at layer 3.
