Intel QA Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have 2+ years of experience in creating and executing automated testing scripts with HP QuickTest Professional, Selenium, SAP Test Acceleration and/or Optimization (TAO) or other testing tools.

Your responsibilities as a Software Quality Analyst will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitor application releases through the software development life cycle and perform testing analysis for continuous improvement to reduce future operational costs of applications.

  • Interact with cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, and help resolve QA/test related project and/or process problems.

  • Work with stakeholders to clarify and finalize production/ application requirements.

  • Review plans, designs, specifications, and other records and generates quality related documentation.

  • Evaluate software development life cycle processes and methodology and works with stakeholders to drive improvements in those areas.

  • Inspect delivered components, identify and assure resolution of product defects, and performs verification and validation testing.

  • Ensure the readiness of the test environment and tools required for testing and validating the software product.

  • Generate quality plans including data quality that identify pass/fail criteria for acceptance as well as risks and gaps.

  • Outline testing priorities that are traceable to design and requirements.

  • Help monitor implementation progress and health through various metrics and indicators.

  • Document the test results to influence project release decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in related data field for Master Data Management.

  • Have 2+ years experience in creating and executing automated testing scripts with HP QuickTest Professional, Selenium, SAP Test Acceleration and/or Optimization (TAO) or other testing tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of common business processes.

  • Proven track record of leveraging approved enterprise capabilities following approved enterprise architecture guidance.
