Intel Inside Sales Support Representative in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will have primary responsibility for a given region, supporting multiple TAMs (Technical Account Managers) and RSM(s) (Regional Sales Manager), as well as Distribution and direct customer support within the territory. As the ISR for the region, your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Building trusting relationships with internal Customer Service, Business Management, Finance, Business Operations, and other partners to create a strong support mechanism for customers and sales teams.

  • Create and interpret efficient POS, and design activity reports, for Management using advanced Microsoft Excel formulas including pivot tables, what if analysis, vlookups, and ‘if’ formulas.

  • Responsible for monthly forecast reporting, presenting data and insights, to Management, to help identify growth, decline, or trends in various segments across territories.

  • Main contact for customer quote activity, software licensing, order entry, and general questions.

  • Main point of contact for customer expedites and product allocations.

  • Responsible for ensuring split tables for the region are accurate.

  • You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using your strong communication skills, multi-tasking skills and time management skills while learning new skills

  • You must display a positive attitude and work with other people effectively

  • You must display an attention to detail, accuracy, and have high quality of work

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales related, customer service related role

  • Experience with CRM tools (ex. Salesforce, Oracle, Siebel, etc.)

  • Associate’s degree or higher

  • Experience with MS Office

Preferred (Additional) Qualifications

  • Experience at a semiconductor company (or distribution) is a plus

  • Experience at a FPGA company, or experience working with FPGAs
