Job Description

Join Intel as part of Intel Converged Mobility SOC Group. We are looking for self-motivated graduate interns in Sciences and Engineering to help play a key role in improving the performance of Intel's Converged Mobility SOCs used in products ranging from Laptops to Mobile Phones.

Converged mobility Systems team is responsible for SW and hardware enablement of new features with a focus on SOC optimizations for 4G and 5G technologies and usecases. The performance improvements and new enhancements will be implemented and validated in simulation and/or lab environment.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum requirements:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

  • At least 6+ months if experience in:

Computer systems and software skills: C, kernel and userspace programming, networking tools and software

Networking technologies and implementations

  • Availability for a 4 months internship.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with drivers in Linux and Windows

  • Debugging in Microsoft Windows environment and Linux

  • Experience of basic software cryptography is desired
