Intel Pre-silicon Validation Engineering Intern in San Jose, California

The ideal candidate's responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
Develops pre-Silicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements.
Creates test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests.
Analyzes and uses results to modify testing.
We are looking for a 6 to 12-month intern to start in April-May, 2019.
Problem solving skills.
You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
The candidate must be pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 6 months experience in:
System Verilog (RTL).
Scripting using Perl.
UVM and how to code UVM based system Verilog test benches.
