Intel Talent Sourcing Specialist in San Jose, California

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Sourcing Specialists at ALL levels that are excited to be part of a world-class staffing team in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

As an Intel Corporation Sourcing Specialist, you will develop, execute and manage attraction, generation, and delivery strategies for external talent. Specifically this may include: Using Internet technologies to source and recruit talent, driving various sourcing projects and may be involved in other Staffing and Non-Staffing teams as appropriate. May consult with customers, vendors, external academia and bodies to design and establish scalable sourcing strategies. Must possess a solid understanding of market skill sets, trends, competition, etc., and incorporate that knowledge into strategy development and execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience in the staffing industry.

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing functions

  • 4+ years of hands-on knowledge of various passive sourcing techniques, and the ability to utilize the most effective channels to source and generate qualified candidates

  • 4+ years of expertise in efficiently utilizing internal tools and applicant tracking systems to manage and source talent

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Experience recruiting in the semiconductor and/or high tech industries

  • Possess knowledge of talent mapping methodologies, functions, and vendors

  • Ability to learn and quickly grasp changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that affect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent

  • A demonstrated history of success in the development of a diverse slate of candidates through the hiring process

  • Partners with other business functions to ensure demonstration of a cohesive and comprehensive talent map

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the external business environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and general talent availability with examples of translating this to fact-based recommendations to hiring teams, managers or internal stakeholders
