  • Build and retain a high performing organization which values diversity and inclusion. Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Build a result-oriented organization to operate in a matrix environment requiring collaboration and cross-business unit influence.

  • Establish and oversee standards of excellence for group performance, provide guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.

  • Develop strong partnerships with technology development, planning, business divisions, customer experience group, sales, marketing, and solutions teams.

  • Work across Intel to leverage the broader IP portfolio, influence technology development, and drive alignment of standards and initiatives, resulting in a strong FPGA roadmap as part of the broader Intel portfolio.
