As a Xeon+FPGA design engineering manager in the Programmable Solution Stack Engineering group, you will have an integral role in delivering innovative Xeon+FPGA accelerator architectures with rich feature sets to deliver higher levels of performance, energy-efficiency and value that form the computing backbone of the connected world. In this position, you will manage part of the platform development team in Intel's Programmable Solutions Group PSG. You will be responsible for managing a talented group of engineers who architect, design, implement, verify, and deliver the FPGA platform logic connected to Xeon processors using Intel's latest FPGA technologies targeting server-oriented computing products. A strong track record of developing effective engineering teams, helping engineers reach their career aspirations, being able to initiate, schedule, and manage engineering projects, and working across organization boundaries to achieve desired results.
-B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or an equivalent field.
-5+ years of managing engineering teams.
-Experiene managing teams across multiple geographies
-5+ years FPGA or ASIC development experience including synthesis, placement, power analysis, pin placement, optimization and timing closure.
-5+ years Verilog and/or SystemVerilog experience.
-RTL design experience.
-Working knowledge of productivity tools including MS Office and MS Project.
