Intel Administrative Support in Santa Clara, California

Job Description

In this position, candidate will perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of a Directors located in Santa Clara. Candidate will also give team support to the group. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events, organizes and manages calendar schedule for manager, makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports, owns and drives event logistics including Quarterly Team Meetings and Staff FTF Meetings, works cooperatively with the team of administrative partners supporting XPG/SEG activities and events, serves as an information resource and communication channel for policies and procedures, maintains and updates WorkDay and coordinates organization chart updates. This position also provides new hire support, processes terms/transfers, handles FDO set-up, LDO process, maintains office supplies, manages departmental recognition, and is a resource for office related software applications. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems.

Qualifications

In this position, candidate will perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of a Directors located in Santa Clara. Candidate will also be supporting the teams (100+) in Santa Clara.

Education: High School/Equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years related administrative experience or equivalent education.

The successful candidate must be very well-organized, flexible, and proactive and able to handle unexpected interruptions and challenges in a fast-paced, results-oriented and positive work environment. He or she must have the proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to provide the highest level of service and support to our customers and internal partners. Qualifications- Proficient with applications including Office, Outlook, Concur, WorkDay, Skype and Sharepoint-Under limited supervision, must have the ability to proactively identify and resolve potential problems and issues and keep up in a fast paced environment.-Expectations are to support and role model Intel values and the organization's mission and objectives.-Requires excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills as well as interpersonal and analytical skills, demonstrated ability to exercise independent and sound decision making and initiative in assignments.
