Intel Business Operations Manager in Santa Clara, California
Owns driving business and marketing KPIs for RealSense Marketing & Enabling Group through performance and financial management, operational cadence, and strategic initiatives. This role will suit a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and significant commercial acumen and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the Business operational cadence for RealSense Marketing Group including Judged Demand, POR, Opportunity Pipeline and Deals Decision Forums Drive the definition, measurement and tracking of KPIs and key strategic initiatives Establish executive dashboards, scorecard, other measurement tools as needed Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations. Utilizes data from all areas within RealSense Group to analyze for improvement opportunities Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree in Business
5 years’ experience in Business Management /Financial Management environment which includes
Opportunity pipeline management in Salesforce
Forecasting and Budgeting
Supply Chain strategy
Data synthesizing to formulate business strategy
Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal) - to work with senior executives across various geographies and functions comfort in business and technical discussions
Ability to manage competing priorities
Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
Deadline driven and detail-oriented
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Eloqua Salesforce Admin experience is a plus
Ability to influence, negotiate, and hold teams accountable to execute.
Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations
