Intel Director Strategy & Corporate Analytics in Santa Clara, California
Intel's Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is hiring experienced profession in the field of corporate analytics to drive technology roadmap, competitive analysis, and strategy & planning to develop world class memory semiconductor manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering leading edge semiconductor manufacturing solutions, corporate strategy, business development and marketing. This will involve exceptional collaboration with cross-functional/cross-company teams.
Job responsibilities include:
Establishing and driving technology roadmap for 3D NAND and emerging memory across cross-functional teams (process development, process integration, design, cell, global supplier management, etc.)
Coordinate technology roadmap across manufacturing, pathfinding and technology development groups
Drive competitive analysis (technical, financial, strategic, fab capacity, IP, etc.) assessment and its impact on our strategy and execution
Analysis of semiconductor/electronics Industry
Drive capital efficiency projects across cross functional team
Closely work with fab planning team
Domestic and International travel, as necessary to support job responsibilities
Must have technical expertise within semiconductor processing engineering preferably in memory process development for leading edge technology
Demonstrated experience working with external and internal partners
A fast learner, able to adapt to the culture and the technology
Must be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs
PhD degree (or MS) in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or an equivalent field. 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process and/or equipment development.
MBA is a plus
