Intel Foundry Business Manager in Santa Clara, California

Job Description

The Foundry and OSAT Management Group within the Intel Global Supply Chain organization is managing the silicon outsourcing for Intel to provide capacity flexibility at benchmark cost by a lean and focused supplier portfolio.

The 'Foundry Business Manager' is responsible to support product evaluations and drive decided projects in execution in regards to foundry engagement:

  • Connect to Intel business units to understand new product engagement opportunities towards the foundry

  • Control proper engagement communication internal and external in alignment with the Supplier Account Manager, business units and within GSC

  • Ensure business decisions are well prepared and approved within the sourcing decision process

  • Work with the foundry to compile general technology support landscape

  • Ensure with partner organizations that technical requirements are well aligned and documented to the foundry

  • Align/prepare project specific execution with the foundry to meet business unit expectations

  • Understand legal framework and support optimum business unit engagement frame

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Master in Engineering or Physics

  • 8+ years of experience with FoundryBusiness and Operation

  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor technologies, product design methodology and silicon fab operation.
