Job Description

The Imaging Strategic Planner is responsible for driving the Imaging IP strategy, definition and execution planning across Intel's roadmap. The position requires a combination of business acumen, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise in certain technical areas. The strategic planner runs certain strategic process, visits customers, and influences the organization via these processes. Responsibilities include:

Defining leadership strategies for imaging technologies across Intel.

Defining IP requirements towards differentiated solutions from user experience to hardware and software levels.

Driving cross-functional planning teams across Intel for complete IP product life cycle process at the business and technical level.

Engaging the market ecosystem to evaluate new technologies and make recommendations on which to pursue.

Qualifications

BSc/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

10+ years experience working with imaging and camera technologies.

10+ years experience in product marketing, planning, and/or management roles

Self-starter with strong networking, time management, creative thinking skills .

Ability to interact with individuals at both technical and non-technical levels .

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills ,Curious, open-minded, appreciation for consumer thinking and user experience .

Strong personal motivation and will to succeed.

The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) is responsible for the design, development, and production of system-on-a-chip (SoC) products that go into Intel’s next generation client and mobile platforms. PEG strives to lead the industry moving forward through product innovation and world class engineering.
