Job Description

The Wireless Connectivity Solutions (WCS), is part of the Intel Communications and Devices Group (iCDG) responsible for the delivery of world-class wireless connectivity technologies and products, as well as PEG's wearable and Internet of Things (IoT) Wireless and SoFIA based SoCs. These products include Wi-Fi, global navigation satellite system (GNSS) and location, Bluetooth, FM and Wireless Gigabit (WiGig), in addition to next generation Wearable and IoT solutions. ​

What you’ll do :

In this role, you will work to develop Pre-Silicon functional validation tests to verify system & design requirements of Intel wireless connectivity products. You will be responsible for creating test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models and helping to find and implement corrective measures for failing RTL tests. You will have the opportunity to utilize state of the art lab equipment for measurement and characterization and automation of test systems to full validation. You will also help to analyze and use results to modify testing and drive and define unique architectural requirement for the next project.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Computer engineering, or related field with the following experience:

  • 8+ years Wireless/Wired communication block/system verification experience

  • Advanced knowledge of SystemVerilog and DV methodology

  • Solid verification skills in problem solving, constrained random testing, and debugging

  • Knowledge of wireless protocols such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or Zigbee a plus

  • Experience with MAC or PHY Verification

  • Experience with SOC subsystem verification

  • Experience with SystemVerilog Assertion SVA

  • Should be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to take on diverse challenges
