Intel offers an exciting and exceptional two year rotational program within our global Sales & Marketing Group (SMG) which exposes participants to an organization focused on delivering world class service to our customers across business units and segments and is designed to help guide you onto your ideal career path.

This two year program features challenging rotations that offer exposure to the company’s product portfolio, business processes and access to our internal network of professionals. You will also receive coaching and mentoring along the way from the Intel Sales and Marketing Group professionals.

Cohorts will start on August 2019. Program participants go through three rotation assignments eight months each to learn about Intel’s Sales and Marketing organization through engaging with the business units, products, customers, marketing and sales processes. You will spend time in our Oregon or California offices to gain exposure to the sales function and insight into how our sales team engages with our broad and growing base of customers.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • basic knowledge on Intel products, technologies, business processes, marketing, sales, channels, and customers in preparation for a role in a business unit, corporate/product marketing or customer facing role.

  • Respond to customer and client events.

  • Play an active role in the rotation program evolution and development.

  • Work in conjunction with program managers and rotation assignment managers to develop your key sales, marketing and leadership skills.

  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment, while concurrently developing customer interaction skills.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S/M.S in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Robotics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering or related discipline.

  • Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by Spring 2019 with GPA 3.0+ 6+ months of software programing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with team orientation

  • Passionate about technology and an understanding of technology products

  • Experience in Computer Systems Design, Networking, Logic Design, Wireless technologies

  • Creative risk-taker who delivers solution-based results working in global team settings.

  • M.B.A with experience in technology related classes or prior work experience.
