Job Description

The Fixed Broadband Networks segment manager will be responsible for driving Network Transformation with SDN/NFV in Cable operators Network worldwide.

The Segment manager will work in partnership with other groups at Intel such as the Sales and Marketing group, Client group and Marketing group to drive design wins, set priorities, create business plans and the right strategy.

The role requires driving the right strategies involving Cable operator’s network, strategic product positioning and creating the right reference solutions that helps solves the ecosystem’s and end customers pain points in enabling network transformation.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 9+ years of related work experience or MBA with 6+ years of related work experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • Network technologies used by Comms service providers.

  • Communications provider Networks and its various elements, and various ecosystem players especially the ISV and OSVs.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to cross collaborate and drive one voice across different business units.

  • Experience developing customer-facing content, power point presentations, blogs, sales and conference keynote presentations desire.
