Intel Senior Methodology and Workflow Tools Architect in Santa Clara, California

Job Description

  • Responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining efficient methodology for integration, build configurations, CI tests, project management, requirements management, architecture and design

  • Maintain an overview of the various tools used for above methodologies and their interconnects

  • Work closely with the tool architecture team to ensure appropriate translation of methodology to implementation

  • Benchmarking of our methodology and tools with industry standards and suggest TTM and cost efficiency improvements

  • Ensure buy in for new/changed processes with multiple stakeholders

  • Act as a process consultancy expert in the above methodology areas of expertise

  • Represent iCDG/INTEL in internal and external forums on process and methodology topics


Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer science ,Electronics, Electrical, Communications Engineering or related field Master's degree preferred. Minimum 12 years of work experience as a process/methodology expert in the mobile/semiconductor industry in the following:

  • Experience in deploying new processes/change management in a large distributed company

  • Proven track record of successful leadership in ensuring buy-in at all levels including developers, architects, peers, middle and senior management

  • Self-driven and motivated individual
