Job Description:

This position is a dual role of Space Planner & Services Specialist. The facilities space planner is responsible for building strong partnerships with business partners and providing space planning, layouts, and facilities related support for office buildings and labs on the Bowers Site in Santa Clara. In this role, you are the key customer interface for space management and escalations. The Services Specialist role includes responsibilities for general duties which include site experience and amenities and integrated facilities management supplier management and interactions. This includes ensuring the Integrated Facilities Management supplier meets or exceeds our expectations in the areas of general building maintenance, landscaping and grounds, and custodial services both in the general building areas as well as the clean rooms. In addition this role is responsible for ensuring delivery of on-site conveniences.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • AAS/BS degree in Facilities Planning, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management or related field.

  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

At least 3 years of experience in:

  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Organizational and project management
