Job Description

Intel Silicon Photonics Product Division SPPD is part of Data Center group developing cutting edge opto-electronic transceiver modules based on novel technologies and by utilizing traditional silicon manufacturing techniques. In this position you work within the SPPD module engineering group and are responsible for creating and improving test automation frameworks and test strategies, write moderately complex codes/scripts to automate test setups used for characterization and validation of high speed optical transceivers

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field 3+ years of test automation experience

Proficiency with Labview or Python experience with GUI development

Ability to solve technical problems independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Fundamental understanding of high speed optical transceivers and its components

Familiarity with automation of high speed test equipments such as Bit error rate testers and sampling oscilloscopes

Familiarity with I2C protocolFamiliarity with statistical data analysis using JMP
