Intel Vice President, Global Supply Chain - Lithography Metrology & Inspection Sourcing Group in Santa Clara, California
In this role you are responsible for the group that plans, provides resources for, and directs activities in engineering and business functions to meet schedules, specifications, and technology affordability. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Provides leadership for employee development, performance, and intra- and inter-group effectiveness. Sets vision and direction for the team and leads strategies- Understands supplier culture, vision/mission, market/financial positioning, R&D trends, executive body strength, structural cost and manufacturing operations. Orchestrates unified communication internally and externally with supplier- Leads cross-functional Intel team to drive across BUs/functions- Establishes and manages critical Intel and Supplier Stakeholder relationships
The scope is focused on the lithography, metrology and inspection systems used in advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing. Responsibilities include safety, quality, availability, technology, and sustainability roadmap alignment and performance of the supply chain in service of Intel’s wafer fabrication technology development and high volume manufacturing operations.This role is expected to shape and prosecute integrated strategies to reduce the capital intensity and cost in this segment and drive business results by working closely with and influencing internal and external partners.
Technology development and manufacturing supply chain expertise and extensive contracting and negotiation experience. Candidate must have demonstrated solid technical acumen in technology development and manufacturing and business acumen to look at the short term and long term affordability impacts. Need to have the ability to solve complex supply chain problems and thrive in fast paced, fluid environment with a sense of urgency. Must have demonstrated leading a high performing team and delivering excellent results through team leadership and personal ownership, often under extremely tight schedule.
Degree in Engineering and MBA preferred with 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management.
Must have an executive presence in engaging with suppliers at the CEO level with constructive confrontation and collaboration.
The job requires >35% domestic and international travel.
